How does ForYourEvent work?
ForYourEvent applications and billing are hosted on secure web and database servers.

Exhibitors and Parade Contingents are linked to your ForYourEvent site for secure (https)
application and payment processing. Once the application is completed ForYourEvent
validates the card, and then submits the charge to your merchant account processing in
real-time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For mail applications, your staff manually fills in applications
information and submits the charge, or records a check payment. This method creates a
searchable database, containing all records for your Event.
ForYourEvent provide an access restricted Administration area. In this area designated
parties may view reports of applications and payments, and view, edit or delete Exhibitor
applications. Additionally in the Administration area, you assign Exhibitor booths using
the Mapping technology.
ForYourEvent mapping allows Exhibitors to submit preferences for booth selection.
Administrators then assign Exhibitor Booth. The Map information is available in various
views depending on the user. Administrators may search the map, then view, edit or delete
Exhibitor information. The exhibitor map view allows vendors to which booths are available
for preference selection. Finally, the World view of the map allows anyone to search the
map for a particular vendor location.

How much will it cost?
Fees to use ForYourEvent EvenTree Software are low. They consist of:
Basic Setup covers the cost of customizing your Billing Site, and the Event Map.
This is a one time charge and would only occur again if there are changes to your Event Application Site or Map.
A Secure Web Certificate encrypt information transmitted to and from your Event Site providing data security.
Other fees are based on volume:
Transaction Processing charges are generally a percentage of your Event gross revenues. Transaction
processing fees may be either paid out of existing revenues, or added to Exhibitor or Parade Application fees.
This is separate from credit card commissions which are paid separately to Master Card, Visa, American Express and others.
- There is a monthly minimum fee to cover the maintenance of your event data throughout the year.
