Exhibitor Online Registration is a full-featured service designed specifically for Outdoor Festival and Events.

Exhibitors easily register, place orders, and receive confirmation in a 5 step proccess:

    Step 1 New Exhibitors enter basic information about their Business Information
    Prior Year Exhibitors login with their existing User Id and update Business Information

    Step 2 Exhibitors place their Booth Space Order
    The ordering process is a tree-based process; the options displayed are dependent on prior selections.

    Step 3 Confirm and Pay for Order

    Step 4 Complete Checklist Items; i.e.: Insurance, Contract, and other requirements.

    Step 5 Prior to the Event, the Exhibitor receives an email directing them to the location of their E-Packet which can include Booth Certificate, Gate Pass and other Documents.
Throughout this process Exhibitors receive confirmation as they complete various steps. Additionally, Event Managers have the option to send email reminders, such as Checklist reminders.

      Step 1 New Parade Contingents enter basic information about their Contingent Information
      Prior Year Parade Contingents login with their existing User Id and update Contingent Information

      Step 2 Parade Contingents place their Parade Order
      The ordering process is a tree-based process; the options displayed are dependent on prior selections.

      Step 3 Confirm and Pay for Order

      Step 4 Complete Checklist Items; ie: Insurance, Contract, and other requirements.
